SCOPE – Journal of Multidisciplinary Research in Technology, Organization and Innovation is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access academic journal published by the College “Logos center” Mostar. The journal provides a scholarly platform for high-quality multidisciplinary research that examines the complex interactions between technology, organizations, management practices and innovation in contemporary economic and social contexts.

The primary aim of SCOPE is to advance applied and practice-oriented research that bridges technical and social sciences, with a particular focus on organizational, managerial and institutional perspectives. The journal encourages contributions that explore how technological development, digital transformation and innovation processes are embedded within organizational structures, business models, public institutions and socio-technical systems.

SCOPE is especially oriented toward research that demonstrates practical relevance for business, industry, public administration and society, while maintaining strong theoretical and methodological foundations. The journal welcomes interdisciplinary approaches that integrate engineering and technological solutions with organizational analysis, management theory, economics, design and social sciences.

The primary language of the journal is English, reflecting its international orientation and commitment to global academic exchange.

Manuscripts may also be submitted and published in Croatian, Bosnian, or Serbian (Latin script). In such cases, authors are required to provide the title, abstract, and keywords in English to ensure international visibility, accessibility, and wider dissemination of research results.

The Editorial Board reserves the right to require linguistic revision where necessary to maintain high academic and publishing standards.
